Committed to this customer-focus concept and determined to raise the bar for providing customer and warranty service, your Developer has selected BETTERBUILDINGSOLUTIONS© to manage and administer The DALTON Customer & Warranty Service Program.

Serving as your Primary Point-of-Contact from purchase and continuing through the warranty term, BETTERBUILDINGSOLUTIONS© delivers personalized, seamless service, professional care and comprehensive, well-documented follow-through, demonstrating The DALTON values your trust. We are, in effect, your partner during your entire DALTON experience.

CUSTOMIZED HOMEOWNER MANUAL. Developed specifically for The DALTON and your Residence, your DALTON Homeowner Manual is designed as your Residence “User’s Guide. ” Well-written, organized in an easy-to-use format, carefully researched, professionally produced, filled with valuable information and practical tips, we feel confident you’ll find the DALTON Homeowner Manual to be indispensable during your DALTON experience.

QUALITY, ON-TIME DELIVERY ASSISTANCE. Delivering a “perfect” Residence may be impossible but it is possible to deliver a completed Residence, on time…Working together with your Developer, Sales & Escrow & construction personnel, we DO. This 3rd party quality control assistance provides you with added reassurance that The DALTON’s high standards of quality will be delivered.

POST-CONSTRUCTION: Streamlined Service & Professional Care

MOVE-IN COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT. Continuing to work in your best interest to ensure the best relocation experience possible, BETTERBUILDINGSOLUTIONS© continues to exceed your expectations by minimizing much of the stress and inconvenience during move-in…Handling move-in details, such as developing & distributing the Initial Move-In Packet, correspondence, scheduling, ensuring insurance compliance, obtaining necessary permits, even setting up a “hospitality table” in the lobby, complete with bottles of water, fruit and power bars

WARRANTY SERVICE: Rapid Response, Enhanced Connectivity & Accessibility

1st YEAR FIT & FINISH. The DALTON warrants the FIT & FINISH of certain components for one (1) year following Close of Escrow. These components are Cabinets, Mirrors, Flooring, Interior & Exterior Walls, Countertops, Paint Finishes & Trim.

Typically, two (2) inspections are scheduled during this first year Warranty term: 60 to 90 days after COE and near the end of the first year, around the 11th month. This system is designed to let your newly constructed Residence settle into its new environment with adjustments usually restricted to ‘settling’ issues such as grout fills or nail-pops in drywall. And in the event a problem arises with a component or system in your Residence, BBS professional inspectors and the appropriate DALTON construction personnel are always available to conduct an inspection.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE. We recognize that situations may arise which call for immediate service. In the event you experience an emergency that requires immediate attention outside of normal business hours, BBS is just a phone call away—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

OWNERS COMMENTS & FEEDBACK. Because your satisfaction is our primary concern, your comments and feedback are not only encouraged but routinely solicited at specific warranty benchmarks: completion of the Punch List process; when Inspection service is confirmed; immediately following the expiration of your 1st Year Fit & Finish term. Constant monitoring of your needs and satisfaction levels is essential to providing ever higher-quality customer service.
