Southern California has been our home for over 20 years. We’ve helped shape some of this area’s most influential urban landscapes, including the Pasadena Collection, the city’s first true mixed-use development to combine commercial office, retail and residential uses.
We’re also a part of the revitalization of downtown San Diego with the first phase of Gaslamp CitySquare, the first mixed use project in the Gaslamp Quarter District. We’re currently working on restoration and conversion of several historic office buildings abandoned in downtown San Diego.
We’re excited to be a part of the new urban lifestyle in Southern California. We also know that cutting-edge ideas are sometimes just that.
